In the morning you will visit the Shrine of Our Lady of Guadalupe, which is the patron of all Catholics of Latin America. The shrine was built on the site of the appearance of Our Lady in front of an Indian Juan Diego, who was a simple collector of brushwood. It was happened on the Tepeyac-hill. In a sign that the Virgin Mary takes patronage over the inhabitants of Mesoamerica, her image was miraculously embodied on the cloak of Juan Diego made of agave fibers. Now miraculous image is keeping in the basilica, which is a place of pilgrimage for catholics.

Then you will visit the archaeological site of Teotihuacan – "the place where the gods are born". Teotihuacan was the political, religious and economic center of Mesoamerica for eight centuries. You’ll climb the Pyramid of the Sun and the Pyramid of the Moon, you’ll admire the Pyramid of Quetzalcoatl – the Feathered Serpent, which was the most revered god of Mesoamerica. Also you will visit the Palace of Jaguars and the Temple of Quetzalpapalotl, and you’ll do for a stroll through buildings populated in the old days. In Teotihuacan you can get acquainted with the culture of the people who inhabited this city, who left it for unknown reason.
