Description

If you will soon have a wedding, for sure, in your head you have a lot of ideas about how to make it unique – the most beautiful, the most romantic. However, you should not forget that a wedding, especially in another country, should be organized properly.

Details of the official wedding

Start the preparation for a wedding abroad several months before the trip.
Select a location of your wedding ceremony.
Provide a complete set of documents for the official ceremony not less than one month before the wedding. The hotel takes a deposit, which is irrevocable.
Plan your arrival at least 4 working days before the wedding day to prepare all the necessary documents for a formal ceremony.
On arrival the bride and the groom have to make a blood test for VDRL, VIH, and RH. The cost of medical examination is 250 USD for 2 pers., it’s necessary only for official marriage (price change is possible!).
The period from the ceremony to getting a marriage certificate can take from 4 to 8 months.
In the context of the tour "The official wedding ceremony" you can stay at any of the resorts of:
Yucatan Peninsula: Cancun, Riviera Maya, Playa del Carmen;
Pacific coast of Mexico: Acapulco, Puerto Vallarta, Los Cabos;
Cuba: Varadero, Cayo Largo, Jardines Del Rey.
The offer does not include the legalization of marriage in another country (it is realized in Mexico and Cuba at extra cost) – only for the official ceremony.
The package cost is calculated reasoning from the number of guests specified in each offer. Additional services are paid separately.
Each offer could have changes at extra cost.
The hotel is not responsible for the impossibility of the official ceremony of marriage in the case if any of the spouses has not any of the documents listed above.
The hotel is not responsible for inability of providing the services thereon the political instability in the country, natural disasters, strikes, epidemics, etc.

Questionnaire;
If the groom’s or the bride's surname in the passport is different from that in the birth certificate or the surname of parents, the certificate should be translated into Spanish and put the apostille;
