Cayo Santa Maria

Cayo Santa Maria is a miniature island of only 13 km length and not more than 2 km width, which refers to the archipelago with the romantic name of “Royal Gardens” (Jardines del Rey). The Gardens, in turn, are under the care of UNESCO as an important biosphere reserve.

Near to Cayo Santa Maria small islands Las Brujas and Ensenachos are located. All three islands have beautiful beaches with soft white sand and very clear water. Their beautiful surroundings are a great place for fishing, diving, water sports and boat trips through the channels separating the islands.

All the beaches and hotels on Cayo Santa Maria are located on the northern coast of the island. And the 11-kilometer coast can be divided into six sections, ideal for long evening walks, swimming in the clear azure sea and just sunbathing.

Day 1. Havana.

Meeting at the airport in Havana. Transfer to the hotel.

Day 2. Havana.

City tour: a visit of Old Havana, the historic center of the city, and Cathedral Square. Return to the hotel.

Day 3. Havana – Cayo Santa Maria.

Drive / flight to the island of Cayo Santa Maria. Accommodation at the hotel. Rest.

Days 4-7. Cayo Santa Maria.

Rest.

Day 8. Cayo Santa Maria – Havana.

Drive / flight to Havana. Transfer to the airport. Departure.
