Description

Cozumel ("The Island of Swallows") is the largest inhabited island in Mexico (14 km wide and 53 km long). This is one of the most important Caribbean resorts, a great place for diving and fishing. This resort has gained popularity not only by the marvelous beauty of the underwater world, but also by the fact that it is a part of the world's second largest coral reef.

The reason of the special popularity of Cozumel among divers around the world is the presence of a large number of world-class dive sites in there. The sea is clean and clear here, especially in the Palancar Reef. It is impossible to see all the reefs of Cozumel, it is a truly paradise for diving enthusiasts: they will enjoy a warm water (27-30 °C), an excellent visibility, a Mexican color and a high quality of hotel services. White sand, palm trees and azure waters serve as a nice addition to your privacy.

There are many shops and restaurants in the pedestrian zone of the village of San Miguel.

Chankanaab-lagoon Park  is also a great place on the island for swimming and observing the life of tropical fish.
