Chichen Itza, the Cenote Ik Kil and Valladolid

The seventh wonder of the world is the Mayan city of Chichen Itza. Everybody has to visit it! Numerous archaeological finds, which today can be seen in Chichen Itza, are not to unequivocally classify as ones of any of the ancient cultures of Mesoamerica. Rather, they form a highly original blend of typical ideas and motifs of culture of the Mayas and the Toltecs.

Coba

90 km to the east of Chichen Itza and 40 km to the northwest of Tulum the ruins of the Mayan city of pre-Columbian era, known as Coba (Cobá in Spanish) are situated. This name is likely to be translated from ancient Mayan language as "water with moss" or "muddy water", associated with several small lakes with very muddy water, which are located nearby.

Tulum and Xel-Ha

Tulum combines the romance and the history: the inimitable Caribbean Sea and the ruins of the ancient Mayan city. The ancient city is built on the edge of a sheer cliff, offering breathtaking view of the turquoise sea, pelicans and eagles flying over your head, and an iguana hiding in the bushes. The stone fortifications that surround an ancient city are a worthy response to lingering strife in the context of political instability in the region.

Temazcal

Despite the fact that steam baths are used in many cultures in various parts of the world, temazcal to this day has a special significance in original cultures of America, such for religious reasons, as how a way of healing.

Xcaret

Xcaret – perhaps the main attraction of Cancun – seduce you with its endless temptations. You will need at least a whole day to get around and see this wonderful recreation area.

Cozumel Island

Cozumel ("The Island of Swallows") is the largest inhabited island in Mexico (14 km wide and 53 km long). This is one of the most important Caribbean resorts, a great place for diving and fishing. This resort has gained popularity not only by the marvelous beauty of the underwater world, but also by the fact that it is a part of the world's second largest coral reef.

The Island of Women

The Island of Women (Isla Mujeres) is a small island located 45 minutes away from the port of Cancun. Its measures are just 8 x 1 km, and it is easy to explore on foot or on a moped rented. The island is known since the days of pirates.

The water park "Wet and Wild"

"Wet-n-Wild" is the only water park, located directly in Cancun. It is also known as "Nizuc" and is a great place to spend a day full of unforgettable adventures with your family. Here the children forget about the time and the adults feel like children.

The park of crocodiles "Crococun"

The park "Crococun" is located near Playa del Carmen (Riviera Maya) 30 minutes south of Cancun. It is a large nature reserve, specialized in the breeding of crocodiles and other animals such as deer, monkeys, wild cats, sea turtles and many others. You can also expect to see the various species of snakes, lizards, pigs peccary, dogs Maya and others.

The Jungle Tour on the speedboats

Ek Balam and Rio Lagartos
